I’m a Projector in Human Design, meaning I’m a natural guide but not in the loud, performative way our culture often celebrates.
My leadership is grounded. Observant. Spacious. I see people clearly.
I see patterns in group dynamics.
I see the deeper motivations beneath behavior.
I see where someone is overriding themselves.
And my goal is never to impose my ideas on you.
It’s to help you strengthen your own voice.

I’ve lived in two other countries and four U.S. states.
I’ve worked in corporate finance, public education, and international teaching.
I’ve co-hosted the podcast Awakened & Alive (After 40).
I’ve co-taught with Leah McCloud (The Design of You) in Human Design Mastery.
Every chapter has expanded my understanding of people.
Living in different cultures especially showed me how deeply we’re conditioned to believe our way is the only way, when in reality there are countless ways to do life.
That perspective deeply informs my work.
What’s Shaped Me
I believe:
Not everyone is meant to live on the same schedule.
Burnout is often a sign of misalignment, not weakness.
Integrity matters more than marketing tactics.
The more we understand ourselves, the more grace we offer others.
Freedom of time, location, and energy is possible.
I also believe that as the world becomes louder and more fear-driven, calm grounded leadership will matter more than ever.
